Shipping policy

Shipping times are optimistic estimates generated by the system, delivery may take longer due to your countries customs processing and international freight delays.

All shipping is ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’ (or DDU), which means that the receiver has to pay for any potential duties or charges associated with the parcel, except the USA.

For USA orders we are now required by U.S Customs and Border Protection, to collect the import tariff at time of order and is required to be paid before shipping the order.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged items:
Failure to advise by email (reply to your order email) in accordance with the below timeline will void any cover for lost or damaged items.

Damaged items must be advised with 48 hours of delivery, (Pictures of the item and packing required) and a damage report will be required from your local post office.

Lost items must be advised no later than 30 days from the date of order.
